Internship Details
6 MONTHS INTERNSHIP STARTING IN JUNE/JULY 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end‑to‑end recruitment process
- Provide support in all employee lifecycle activities
- Contribute to Learning & Development activities
- Support reporting activities and manage a digital People Database
- Manage Internal Communication initiatives

- Organizational capacity and priority management
- Relationship builder – strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to listen and communicate clearly
- Ability to manage confidential information with proper discretion
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Curious,



proactive, and highly motivated to learn
- Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)
