What The Job Looks Like
Develop and steer the overall communication strategy for Global Operations, translating business strategy and transformation initiatives into clear, compelling narratives
Drive alignment and engagement across a complex global operations network (covering manufacturing, supply chain and related functions) by ensuring consistent, strategic messaging across functions, regions and leadership levels
Act as a trusted strategic communications advisor and sparring partner to the Head of Global Operations and the leadership team,



shaping high-impact communication aligned with business priorities
Build communication capabilities across the organization by coaching senior leaders and mentoring communication teams, fostering excellence and best‐practice sharing globally
Identify and leverage internal and external communication channels (e.g., town halls, videos, leadership roadshows, intranet, social media, website, events, annual reports)
Collaborate closely with the Global Communications team on cross-functional initiatives
What You'll Bring To The Table
At least 8 years of experience in a senior communication role, advising a variety of senior stakeholders
University degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
Proven hands‐on experience in agency or in‐house communication environments
Proven ability to work effectively across hierarchy levels and influence stakeholders, inc
