Kong is seeking a Software Engineer for the event gateway team to work on core features of the event gateway, starting with the Kafka proxy and expanding to MQTT, AMQP and other protocols. You will collaborate with data plane and Konnect SaaS engineers to deliver high-performance, scalable components.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in server-side development and strong Rust async experience, with a passion for distributed systems and ownership of their work.
