Opella is seeking a Brand Lead to own strategy, growth and execution for leading brands in Italy. You will blend strategic thinking with hands‐on leadership to drive brand performance and identify opportunities for innovation and consumer engagement.
You will influence stakeholders across functions, mentor teammates and embed sustainability, access and social impact into decisions. Location is Milan with hybrid work, and a base salary starting at €62,000.
