Senior Project Manager – Power Systems / IPG Business
You will have full accountability for the successful execution of complex power generation projects from contract award through customer acceptance. You will lead multifunctional teams, manage executive customer and internal relationships, drive commercial outcomes, and ensure safe, predictable, and profitable project delivery. You will also serve as a key leader within the Project Management organization, mentoring project managers, supporting business strategy,



and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the Power business.
Responsibilities
Strategic Project Leadership: Lead the execution of large‐scale, strategically important power generation projects, ensuring alignment with contractual commitments, business objectives, and customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Customer & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customer leadership and key stakeholders. Act as the primary escalation point for project‐related commercial, operational, and contractual matters, driving customer satisfaction and fostering long‐term partnerships.
Commercial & Financial Ownership: Own overall project financial performance, including revenue, margin, cash collection, and forecasting. Identify and drive opportunities to enhance project profitability through optimized execution and commercial negotiations.
