The Mission: The scope of the position is to actively participate in the PR communication activities and action plan, closely partnering with the rest of the team.
Key Accountabilities Support the monitoring and analysis of press and digital coverage (online, social media, influencers).
Contribute to the preparation of periodic reports, such as press reviews, PR reports, and digital performance reports.
Update and maintain media and influencer databases, along with related coverage tracking.
Support the collection and organization of PR data for internal analysis and presentations.
Manage, under supervision, PR sample handling—including preparation, shipment tracking, and returns.
Coordinate shipments to press and influencers for seeding activities.
Support the operational organization of PR events (press days, presentations, special events).
Attend events,



providing logistical and organizational support to the team.
Collaborate with internal teams and the PR network to ensure an effective flow of information and materials.
Key Requirements Strong interest in PR, communication, and the fashion/lifestyle industry.
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and reporting.
Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling data and materials.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
Fluency in Italian and English.
Proactive, flexible, and a strong team player.
Availability to support events and operational activities.
