As Italy, Israel and Greece (IIG) IGTD Zone Business Leader , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial strategy and driving sustainable growth across one of Philips' most strategic businesses in Italy. Reporting into the market leadership team, you will lead a high‐performing commercial organization, define and execute market strategies, and foster strong partnerships with customers, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an accomplished commercial executive who combines strategic vision with operational excellence and has a proven track record of delivering business growth, leading organizational transformation, and developing high‐performing teams.
Location: The role should be ideally based in Milan, and it requires regular travel to customers, Philips offices, and business meetings as required.
You are responsible for
Define and execute the Go-to-Market strategy for the Cardiology portfolio in Italy, Israel, Greece, Cyprus and Malta ensuring alignment with business priorities and commercial objectives.
Lead successful New Product Introductions (NPIs) by partnering with Business, Marketing, Sales, and cross‐functional stakeholders to deliver effective market launches.
Build strong partnerships with Business Marketing and Sales leadership to align strategic priorities and accelerate business performance.
Drive commercial excellence by identifying opportunities to grow market share , improve customer engagement, and achieve sustainable business growth.
Foster strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, healthcare professionals, and cardiology societies to strengthen Philips' market position.
Lead the development and execution of market strategies that create customer value while supporting business growth and customer satisfaction.
