Overview In this role you will be the main contact for Holidu hosts in South Tyrol, guiding them through listing and onboarding on our platform. You'll ensure smooth go-lives, address post-booking queries, and collaborate with product and content teams to optimize onboarding. You'll build strong client relationships, drive revenue growth, and translate data into actionable account plans. Expect a dynamic, team-oriented environment with opportunities to shape our host community.
Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for South Tyrol hosts and advise on platform usage
Coordinate go-live of vacation rentals and handle post-booking inquiries to maintain high service levels
Collaborate with product and content teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Maintain and grow relationships with key hosts through regular business reviews

Analyze existing data to improve account performance and develop solution-oriented strategies
Organize lead generation and networking events to build a host community
Qualifications Experience in account management, tourism, or other customer-facing roles
Strong communication skills with a calm, friendly demeanor
Customer-centric, problem-solving attitude
Interest in new technologies and the travel industry
Near-native German and fluent English; Italian is a plus
Driver's license
