Pillar is an Italian startup founded on February 13, 2025. In less than a year we have grown to 30 people and raised €15.2 millions to revolutionize the construction industry. Our goal is to become the digital backbone of construction for the Italian building sector and, in the long run, to manage 1 in 3 construction sites across Europe. We are looking for a Web Growth Engineer to build our online acquisition engine. Full-time, competitive salary based on experience + potential equity. Who We Are (and Why We Exist) The Italian construction industry is the backbone of the country's economy, involving nearly 5 million people — yet it is still managed with outdated tools. Job sites that invoice but don't collect, spreadsheets everywhere, decisions made by gut feeling, and margins that surface too late. Pillar was built to solve this problem at its root. We have built an all-in-one platform that allows construction companies to oversee every job site, monitor profitability in real time, generate instant estimates, and automatically reconcile invoices with bank transactions.

We are Italian, but with a European vision. Why We Are Looking for This Profile We are entering a phase where growth can no longer be purely sales-driven. We need to build a scalable, measurable, and optimized acquisition engine. We are looking for someone to build and optimize the web infrastructure that will take Pillar to become the industry standard. This is not a "website maintenance" role. It is a builder role. What You'll Do You will sit at the intersection of Marketing, Product, and Data. In practice: Develop and optimize the website with a focus on conversion and performance. Implement A/B tests, experiments, and advanced tracking systems. Continuously improve funnels, landing pages, and CRO. Work on
