Abylsen is seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead a Milan or Turin agency. You will act as an intrapreneur, developing your business unit within engineering consulting and focusing on ASD opportunities.
You will drive client acquisition, recruit and retain consultants, and coach two Business Managers while monitoring unit profitability. You will report to the Country Director and enjoy an attractive compensation package with fixed salary, bonuses, and benefits.
