IC Resources is seeking a Photonics Packaging Engineer to join its R&D; team in Pisa, Italy, onsite. The role focuses on designing and developing advanced photonic and optoelectronic devices with emphasis on manufacturability and reliability.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with micro-optical or fiber-optic assembly, wire bonding, and CAD proficiency. You will collaborate with engineers on integrated packaging solutions and support prototyping, testing, and process optimization.
