Principali responsabilità Definire e monitorare il piano di produzione in funzione della domanda,

delle priorità commerciali e della capacità produttiva. Coordinare il processo di avanzamento della produzione, assicurando il rispetto delle tempistiche di consegna, gestendo le scadenze, gli disfettamenti. Collaborare con L'ufficio Stile, Prodotto, Acquisti, Supply Chain e Commerciale per garantire un flusso operativo efficace. Gestire il portafoglio dei fornitori produttivi, monitorandone performance, capacità e qualità. Analizzare KPI relativi a produzione, efficienza, saturazione, puntualità e costi, proponendo azioni di miglioramento. Ottimizzare processi e strumenti di pianificazione per aumentare efficienza e flessibilità. Gestire situazioni critiche e ridefinire le priorità in funzione delle esigenze aziendali. Requisiti Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli analoghi nel settore moda, abbigliamento o lusso. Ottima conoscenza dei processi produttivi e della pianificazione industriale. Esperienza nella
