Procurement Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and detail‐oriented Procurement Analyst to join the Procurement Strategy team within the Sourcing Plan, PMO & Market Intelligence unit for a maternity substitution.
The role is suited for a professional with 3–5 years of experience , who will play a key role in supporting reporting, performance monitoring and analytic activities , with a strong focus on Procurement KPIs (5S) and on the development of dashboards to monitor and communicate Procurement performance and results across the Group.
Main Tasks
Support the collection, calculation and analysis of Procurement KPIs (5S)
Develop, maintain and update dashboards to provide clear insights into Procurement performance, efficiency and process optimization
Prepare periodic and ad‐hoc analyses and reports to support decision‐making processes
Assist in drafting institutional presentations for the Procurement department
Support PMO activities related to strategic initiatives undertaken by the unit
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in Procurement, Controlling, Performance Management or similar roles
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong analytical, synthesis and data‐driven mindset
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with dashboard and data visualization tools (e.g. Excel advanced, Power BI, Tableau)
Soft Skills
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Detail‐oriented and analytical mindset
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
