Converse, Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Engineer to own the technical execution of footwear styles from concept through production, partnering with Design, Product Management, Materials, Development, and manufacturing to meet fit, performance, quality, sustainability, and profitability goals.
You will lead technical design, coordinate fit and construction, and maintain tech packs and specs while solving development challenges with factory teams.
