About the Role You will join the Ferrero House Agency (Pubbliregia) as a Junior Art Director, becoming part of an international creative team that develops 360° communication projects for Ferrero and its portfolio of brands. In this role, you will develop the visual and conceptual elements of global campaigns, supporting copywriters, account teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful ideas. You will be exposed to different markets and channels, building a professional foundation and refining your creative voice.

Responsibilities Support the development of creative concepts starting from a brief, contributing to ideation and execution of visual assets across Above the Line, digital, and social campaigns.
Translate ideas into compelling key visuals, layouts, mood boards, and communication materials that align with brand identity and strategic objectives.
Collaborate daily with the creative team to ensure consistency and quality across all outputs,

participating in meetings to understand project goals, target audiences, and messaging.
Participate in production phases, including shoots and post‐production, supporting the team to ensure final execution reflects the original concept.
Manage feedback, timelines, and multiple projects, adopting a structured and professional approach to creative work.
Explore new tools, including AI‐based solutions, to enhance the creative process.
About You Master's degree in Communication, Graphic Design, Arts, or a related field.
Strong visual sensitivity, natural curiosity for creativity, communication, and storytelling.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and AI‐based creative tools.
Enthusiastic, collaborative mindset, open to feedback and continuous improvement.
Attention to detail and ability to craft meaningful visual narratives.
Fluency in English and openness to new experiences
