Role Purpose The Sales Manager is responsible for developing Autel's business within the assigned market by identifying opportunities, acquiring strategic customers, and growing long-term partnerships. The role combines business development, key account management, commercial negotiation, and market strategy. The Sales Manager acts as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the complete sales cycle while coordinating internal resources to ensure successful project execution. This position requires a commercially driven professional with strong business acumen, experience in infrastructure-related industries, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-growing international environment. Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory Build and execute a structured market development strategy Develop relationships with CPOs, utilities, energy companies, fleet operators, EPCs, OEMs, distributors,



and strategic infrastructure investors Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with regional growth targets Key Account Management Build long‐term relationships with strategic customers and decision makers Understand customer business models, investment strategies, and operational requirements Lead commercial negotiations from opportunity identification through contract signature Ensure high customer satisfaction while maximizing long‐term business potential Solution Sales Develop value‐based commercial proposals combining technical and business benefits Understand customer applications and recommend the most suitable AC and DC charging solutions Coordinate with Product Management, Technical Sales, Service, and Project Management to deliver customer solutions Support tenders and large infrastructure projects from commercial qualification through award Market Intelligence Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer investments, and regulatory developments Identify emerging
