Senior Investment Real Estate Valuer

Mission
Lead the valuation of complex real estate assets or large portfolios, providing strategic insights and high-quality reports to support client decision-making on investments, acquisitions, and divestments.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage and oversee valuation projects involving high-value or complex assets (e.g., hotels, shopping centers).
- Prepare and review detailed financial models and valuation reports.
- Ensure all valuations comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on valuation findings and market trends.
- Mentor junior valuers, providing technical guidance and quality assurance for their work.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor for investment decisions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and expand client engagement.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Economics
Qualifications
- Proven +5 years experience in investment real estate valuation and financial modeling.
- Advanced understanding of market dynamics and valuation methodologies.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
