Deckers Brands is seeking a Director of Sales Iberia & Italy for HOKA to drive long-term growth and market expansion across Italy and Iberia. You will lead a regional sales team, develop strategic partnerships, and elevate revenue, share, and brand equity while maintaining brand standards across all touchpoints.
You will localize the EMEA plan, recruit and coach leaders, and collaborate with marketing, DTC, and retail partners to deliver seasonal campaigns and profitability.
