At Ferrero, we are committed to delivering growth through insight, innovation, and strong customer partnerships. As a Category Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving category performance and supporting the delivery of our Winning in Market strategy.
You will collaborate cross‐functionally with Sales and Marketing teams, using data and insight to identify opportunities, influence decisions, and optimise category growth across channels. The role offers an exciting opportunity to build your commercial capability within a fast‐paced FMCG environment, with exposure to both internal stakeholders and external retail partners.
Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of category strategies aligned to business objectives.
Analyse data from multiple sources (Nielsen, Circana, internal systems) to generate actionable insights.
Track category performance, identify risks and opportunities, and present clear recommendations to stakeholders.
Collaborate with Customer Category Development and key retail partners to support category growth initiatives.
Work closely with Revenue Growth Management to ensure alignment between pricing, promotions and overall category plans.
Translate strategy into actionable plans that drive performance across key customers and channels.
Support the development of the picture of success across channels, including assortment, merchandising and ranging strategies.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
Commercial curiosity and passion for understanding shopper behaviour.
Excellent problem‐solving and critical‐thinking abilities.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Confidence working cross‐functionally and building relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing and Finance.
