Overview ATM is looking for a Bus and Trolleybus Maintenance Manager to join the Rolling Stock & Bus Maintenance Department, within the context of our ambitious strategic plan. We are an organization that aims for operational excellence and continuous improvement of services for the citizens of Milan. The resource will be responsible for the first-level maintenance (preventive and corrective) of the bus and trolleybus fleet belonging to the two depots under their responsibility, ensuring safety, reliability, availability, and quality of service. As Manager, the resource plans, coordinates, and supervises maintenance activities, leading the operational team, ensuring compliance with the maintenance schedule and the timely re-entry into service of vehicles, in compliance with company technical, regulatory, and economic standards. Main activities Deals with first-level maintenance of buses and trolleybuses,



carrying out preventive and corrective activities; Manages the collection and return of vehicles, ensuring safety, efficiency, comfort, and reliability; respects the maintenance schedule and minimizes downtime; Verifies the execution of interventions, supervises personnel, and controls the system in compliance with rules, regulations, and quality, productivity, and economic standards; Controls the activities of the competent offices through daily visits and presence in the various environments. Required qualifications Master's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Aerospace/Electronic/Electrical); Registration with the Order of Engineers is a preferential title; Proven experience in a similar sector of at least 5 years; Excellent knowledge of the fundamental principles of first-level maintenance, i.e., preventive and corrective maintenance and the operating logic of a plant; Ability to read and interpret technical documentation (mech
