Senior IT Project Manager We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager with strong experience managing technical and software development projects in international environments. The selected candidate will work closely with global stakeholders and distributed technical teams on an international project. Excellent English communication skills are mandatory, as well as availability for occasional international business trips. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate IT and software development projects end-to-end Lead distributed and cross‐functional teams in Agile environments Ensure project governance, delivery quality, and alignment with timelines Coordinate international stakeholders across multiple time zones Oversee day‐to‐day operational activities of technical teams Collaborate with development teams and external clients Support backlog management, sprint planning,
and Agile ceremonies Drive continuous improvement and proactive problem solving Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as IT Project Manager / Software Project Manager Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and delivery governance Proven experience managing Agile software delivery projects Experience working with international and multicultural teams Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and artifacts (user stories, epics, backlog management, Definition of Ready/Done) Hands‐on experience with collaboration and project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence Strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities effectively Proactive mindset with strong problem‐solving attitude Availability for occasional international business trips Fluent English is required Benefits A dynamic and fast‐growing environment Flexible thinking and working approaches Hands‐on experience in a stimulating, project‐based context Opportunities to learn from industry professionals On‐the‐job t
