About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Beach Waiter to join our team at Nikki Beach Costa Smeralda. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service directly on the beach, combining attentiveness, efficiency, and charm to enhance the guest experience in a luxurious and dynamic environment.
You will be responsible for taking and serving orders to beach beds, suggesting premium items, coordinating with bartenders and runners, and maintaining a smooth service flow under the sun, all while respecting our brand’s high standards.
This is a key front-line position for those who enjoy fast-paced service, guest interaction, and attention to detail, with a focus on sales performance and elevated hospitality.
Prerequisites
Experience in luxury hospitality, beach clubs, or upscale resorts
Strong communication skills and confident guest interaction
Focused on efficiency, upselling, and guest satisfaction
Able to stay composed in hot, fast-paced outdoor environments
Team-player attitude with a
