ST in Catania, Italy is seeking a Process Engineer for the SiC Campus on a fixed term contract to drive the ramp-up of 8” SiC devices in the new mass production fab. You will install and qualify equipment, monitor performance, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure robust processes.
In addition, you will optimize process efficiency, quality, cost and cycle time, and support the introduction of new technologies in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.
