aitrainer is seeking an Expert Rater (ER) who will coach and guide other raters, shaping their rating expertise and ensuring accurate judgments across diverse datasets for client projects and quality benchmarks. You will facilitate client test rounds, understand templates and workflows, cascade quality expectations to the Raters team, and monitor progress and deliverables to meet client expectations.
Additionally, you will mentor Raters, coach on decision-making, and collaborate with research
