Xylem seeks a seasoned sales leader to drive profitable growth of Ultrapure Water (EDI & LAB) across the EMEA region from Italy. You will lead regional teams, shape go-to-market and channel strategies, and manage a high-value pipeline with cross‐functional collaboration.
The role requires 12+ years in water treatment sales, 7–10 years in leadership, established networks in Pharma/Power/Semiconductor, and fluent English plus another European language. Travel up to 50% is expected.
