Job Description The Account Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual targets while driving growth in existing accounts by strengthening relationships with end‐users and customer management and promoting the full range of Pall Energy+ technologies, equipment, services, and solutions. This position reports to the South East European Regional Sales Manager and is part of the East Europe Region Energy+ Sales Team. Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and orders targets as assigned by Energy+ management. Drive business expansion by significantly increasing market share in existing accounts through establishing and nurturing strong relationships with end‐users and customer management, and promoting all Pall technologies and capabilities, including Pall filters, coalescers, and housings in the Energy+ markets. Identify and prioritise high‐impact customer capacity expansion opportunities,



collaborating with sales and strategic teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure successful sales completion. Coordinate with cross‐functional teams within Pall (Field Application Specialists, Scientific & Laboratory Services, Marketing, Product Management, Inside Sales, etc.) to develop and implement effective sales strategies that address customers' needs promptly and secure sales opportunities. Report and communicate all high‐value business opportunities, solution concepts, and strategies to Pall management through SFDC and Energy+ standard work, using tools such as account plans while maintaining a strong, regular customer presence with multiple daily high‐level face‐to‐face customer interactions. Qualifications 3+ years' experience providing products and services to the Refinery, Oil & Gas, Chemical, or General Industrial industries.
