Bonatti is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead technical and commercial EPC Plant proposals. You will manage the full lifecycle of complex tenders, ensuring compliance with company standards and strict deadlines from kickoff to final submission.
The role requires experience in EPC Plant projects, strong financial and contractual acumen, and excellent written and spoken English (Spanish a plus). International travel is expected, with Parma HQ as the work location.
