Sharp Brains Solutions in Italy is seeking an Onsite Deskside Support (L1/L2) to provide end-to-end technical support for desktop and laptop systems, including hardware, software, and connectivity issues. The role covers IMAC activities, device lifecycle management, and VIP on-site contact during outages, with use of SCCM, Intune, ServiceNow, and Active Directory tasks.
You will support MS Office, Outlook, VPN clients, printers and peripheral devices while following ITIL processes and security
