Mandarin Oriental, Rome is seeking a strategically minded Director of Finance to lead financial strategy and internal controls for a flagship luxury hotel. You will partner with senior leadership to optimise profitability and guest experience while ensuring robust governance and compliance.
You will manage treasury, budgets, forecasts and financial reporting, driving accuracy and accountability across the hotel’s finance team and operations. Fluency in Italian is required.
