Iveco Group in Foggia is seeking a Powertrain Testing Manager to lead the daily R&D; lab operations at the Foggia site, reporting to PWT Benches, Ops & Prototypes. You will manage lab budgets (OPEX and CAPEX), drive test plans (development, durability, emissions/homologation), coordinate equipment setup, and mentor technicians and engineers.
The role requires 7+ years in test engineering or lab management, a strong powertrain background, and the ability to lead cross‐functional teams on-site
