Approach People Recruitment is seeking a Field Technical Sales Representative with a strong focus on business development. The role is highly field-based with roughly four days per week on client sites, covering Northern Italy from Milan to other cities.
You will drive new business, manage key accounts, and coordinate with engineering teams to deliver rapid, recurring services. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of B2B industrial sales, a hunter mindset, and fluency in Italian and English.
