Head of Leather Sales

Zerow – circular economy marketplace for luxury fabric & leather deadstock in Italy
Compensation
€70-80k (€40-50k Base + Uncapped Commissions)
Location
Scandicci, Tuscany, IT
Responsibilities
Own and grow the leather sales verticals internationally.
Build and leverage strategic relationships with global B2B buyers.
Drive revenue across Italy, Germany, France, Spain, the US and beyond.
Represent the company at international industry events and meet with partners (40‐50% travel).
Qualifications
Minimum 3‐5 years of professional experience in the leather sales industry.
Strategic commercial experience with a proven track record of driving revenue.
Strong ability to build relationships with global buyers.
Knowledge of the luxury leather market and the circular economy.
Fluency in French, Chinese or German is a strong plus.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
