For our store in Panarea, we are currently looking for a Full‐Time Client Advisor.

The Client Advisor guides customers into the Manebí world, sharing the brand's heritage, values, and distinctive style. The role is dedicated to creating a complete and personalized look for each client, capturing their aspirations and enhancing their individuality.



This position is crucial in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and long‐lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers throughout the entire purchasing journey, guiding them in selecting the products that best suit their needs.
Actively drive sales through up‐selling and cross‐selling, contributing to the store's sales targets.
Build and nurture positive customer relationships, making clients part of the Manebí Experience, also through digital tools and omnichannel communication.
Manage daily store operations: replenishment, visual merchandising, opening/closing procedures, and inventory management.
Ensure compliance with brand standards, GDPR regulations, and workplace safety policies.
Effectively use digital tools to enhance processes and the overall customer experience.
Requirements
1–3 years of previous experience in Retail or Luxury, preferably in a similar role.
Excellent knowledge of Spanish and English; Italian will be c
