Possess a minimum of five (5) months of documented formal training in SHF, EHF or UHF satellite earth terminal operations and maintenance, either from military service schools or from accredited college/commercial educational sources. Possess four (4) years' experience, within the last twelve (12) years, in SHF, EHF and/or UHF satellite earth terminal site management, administration, and supervision of personnel operating, maintaining and providing logistical support to an SHF, EHF or UHF facility of similar size and missi
