Your Role and Responsibilities
You will lead the execution of medium‐voltage switchgear projects and ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with company procedures, relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards, contract specifications, quality standards, HSE requirements, cost, profitability targets, and scheduling targets. This includes Managing Project Managers assigned to small projects in the service business.
Your primary targets will be factory financial performance and customer satisfaction. You will drive excellence in project execution, contribute to continuous improvement of processes, and collaborate with internal stakeholders such as product marketing, sales, order handling, planning, fulfillment, production, quality, controlling, and industrialization departments.




Key responsibilities include:
Project Planning, Definition and Control – Define an overall Project plan with Operations to meet contractual delivery dates, ensure key milestones are achieved, and deliver on-time delivery with accurate revenue forecasting.
Project Execution – Lead the engineering phase using automated engineering tools and standard product portfolio configurations.
Cost Control – Review cost estimates, ensure budgeted margin is achieved or exceeded, seek cost‐saving opportunities, and maintain up‐to‐date cost forecasts.
Customer Communication – Serve as the primary point of contact for all contractual and commercial matters and support the customer in technical discussions.
Project Leadership – Proactively resolve issues, engage appropriate functions and resources, focusing on effectiveness, collaboration, and results.
