GoodWe is seeking a Heat Pump Technical Service Engineer to deliver Level 2 technical support for overseas markets. Remote working from Italy, you will collaborate with the L1 hotline, train the L1 team, and align with Europe regional teams to support sales growth and customer loyalty.
You will lead on-site commissioning, provide technical guidance, and help resolve complex issues while interfacing with R&D;, product managers, and service partners across Europe.
