Position Overview
Arcadia seeks a detail‐oriented Recruitment Officer to support the recruitment team by executing the recruitment strategy, managing job postings, candidate screenings, interviews and data collection. The role requires close collaboration with the Recruitment Manager and HR Consultants to implement best‐in‐class recruitment methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Publish job advertisements every Monday.
Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings throughout the week and finalize assessments by Saturday.
Participate in bi‐weekly interview sessions (Saturday) and evaluate prospective candidates.




Collaborate with HR Consultants and the Recruitment Manager to implement best‐in‐class recruitment methodologies.
Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and generate reports on recruitment activities.
Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment progress, candidate trends, and hiring challenges.
Qualifications
A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field with at least 2 years of professional experience in talent acquisition, or a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of proven recruitment experience.
Strong experience in full‐cycle recruitment including job posting, screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Expertise in sourcing, screening and evaluating candidates, and using platforms such as LinkedIn.
Excellent data management skills and experience maintaining accurate recruitment matrices.
