Within the Group Chief Transformation Office, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team.
Key responsibilities Support the definition of the Generali Group strategy
Providing input to the strategy planning process
Performing trends and scenario analysis
Perform Generali Group benchmarking relative to peers through the analysis of the performance, strengths and weaknesses of key global competitors, insurance, and asset management markets
Support Strategy & PMI team in the set-up and coordination of strategic planning process and facilitating dialogue with key stakeholders
Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree, preferably in the fields of business management and/or finance and financial modelling
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills to solve complex problems
Excellent know-how of MS-Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel...)
Soft skills High level of personal initiative
Drive
Motivation and commitment
Strong attitude to team working
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
