Business Development Build and develop your own client portfolio in the Industry and/or IT sector Conduct phone prospecting and in-person client meetings Understand client challenges and propose tailored consulting solutions Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Promote Abylsen's three engagement models (technical assistance, service center, work package) Recruitment & Team Management Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit top consulting engineers Conduct interviews and select high-potential consultants Manage, support, and retain your team through active career follow-up Contribute to team engagement and performance Profit
