This highly impactful role sits at the heart of the social media industry, where you will be responsible for ensuring that online platforms remain safe, authentic,



and trustworthy environments for millions of users around the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, assess, and moderate Albanian-language user-generated content across social media platforms, ensuring full compliance with community guidelines and platform policies.
- Identify, investigate, and action potential violations including hate speech, misinformation, graphic content, spam, harassment, and fraudulent activity within social media environments.
- Utilise advanced internal moderation tools and workflows to efficiently process and resolve content review queues with accuracy and consistency.
- Analyse patterns of harmful behaviour and, when necessary, escalated complex or high‑severity cases to senior trust and safety teams or relevant law enforcement contacts.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of content moderation policies by providing structured feedback and insights based on emerging trends observ
