Contracts Specialist Legal Counsel (Milan)

Our client is market leader in the development of IT outsourcing solutions for the financial services sector, with €400 million in turnover, over 150 customers and 2,600 employees.
The company is now looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic lawyer to join their legal team in Milan.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting and negotiating general commercial contracts
IT agreements, outsourcing agreements, software license agreements and contracts
IT licenses, global franchise, distribution, agency and concession agreements
Procurement contracts and privacy agreements
Reporting directly to the head of the legal function
Key Requirements:
Native Italian speaker with fluent English (written and spoken)
Solid expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, ideally IT related agreements
Strong planning and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with willingness to assume responsibility
Desire to transition from private practice to in‐house, preferably from a leading law firm
