Cybersecurity Senior Sales Executive – Public Sector – Identity and Access Management
One Identity is an award‐winning security software provider. We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our successful team in Rome, focusing on Central Government accounts including defence, military and police organizations.
What you'll be doing
Owning and growing a public sector territory focused on Central Government in Italy
Driving new business in a 100% channel‐led model
Engaging senior stakeholders across defence, military, police and wider government bodies
Building and closing a strong pipeline, leveraging an existing base of opportunities
Working closely with partners to structure and land complex deals
Positioning One Identity in a highly competitive cybersecurity market
What we're looking for
Proven experience in enterprise software sales (ideally 7+ years)
Strong exposure to Italian public sector, particularly Central Government
Experience in defence / military accounts is highly desirable
Familiarity with CONSIP and public sector procurement processes




Background in security / IAM is a strong plus
Hunter mindset with a clear track record of generating and closing new business
Ability to operate effectively in a partner‐led ecosystem
