About the job: As a Brand Lead, you will own the strategy, growth and execution of one or more of Opella’s leading brands in Italy. You will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on leadership, driving brand performance while identifying new opportunities to accelerate growth, innovation and consumer engagement. In this role, you will work across functions, influence key stakeholders and help shape the future of self‑care in a dynamic and fast‑evolving environment, causing a visible impact on brands that reach millions of consumers every day. Responsibilities
- Define and implement the marketing strategy, brand plans and activation roadmap for assigned brands.
- Drive sustainable business growth through effective portfolio management, consumer insights and innovation initiatives.
- Lead the development and execution of integrated campaigns across media, digital and customer‑facing channels.
- Own brand performance, including budget management, investment prioritisation and delivery of commercial objectives.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and inform decision‑making.
