Overview Are you an experienced accounting professional who thrives on precision, insights, and continuous improvement? Join Epta Group in Limana on a fixed-term maternity cover contract (approx. 1 year) and play a key role in ensuring financial excellence while supporting business growth.
What You'll Do Manage and maintain accurate financial records in line with accounting standards
Support tax compliance, including VAT declarations and local requirements
Drive month-end year-end closing processes (journal entries, reconciliations)
Deliver financial reports analysis to support decision-making
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency

What We're Looking For Native Italian and intermediate English skills
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
3–5 years of experience (ideally in a multinational or SSC environment)
Strong knowledge of financial reporting (IFRS/GAAP)
Solid understanding of tax VAT regulations
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, analysis tools)
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
