EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking an OMS Lead Engineer to drive the technical delivery of a Fluent Commerce OMS in a hybrid setup in Italy. You will lead six OMS/Java developers, guide feature development, ensure scalable implementations, and coordinate deployments on AWS and GitLab CI/CD.
We seek senior backend expertise in Java with Spring Boot/WebFlux, hands-on Fluent Commerce experience, and strong leadership to coordinate across distributed teams and multiple brands and markets.
