Overview
COOLTECH Srl, a company specialised in the production of components and systems for the liquid cooling of electrical and electronic devices, is seeking a FURNACE/BRAZING OPERATOR.
The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing the vacuum brazing process for cold plates.
Responsibilities
- Checking the operation of vacuum furnaces for aluminium brazing.
- Assembling and preparing the components to be welded in the appropriate equipment.
- Carrying out daily scheduling of activities to ensure compliance with the production flow.
- Inserting and extracting production batches in/out of vacuum furnace chambers.
- Loading preloaded brazing recipes following specific company procedures.
- Inspecting the quality of pieces during the handling operations necessary to perform assigned tasks.

Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in the role is preferred.




- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with other industrial operators and technicians.

Salary and work details
Salary and position details will be determined based on experience.
Place of work: Formigine (Modena, Italy)
Working hours: full-time, 40 hours per week, with daytime hours and continuous shift work (including weekends on a rotational basis with other colleagues).
