YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
The Bijoux Special Project Specialist will join the Product Development team, reporting to the Senior Bijoux Business Unit Manager. This hybrid profile is strongly oriented towards the product and the data system, acting as a bridge between design, production and the costing area. The specialist manages the product life‐cycle information system of the collections (PLM) and leads the transition of Made‐to‐Order, VIP and VIC tailor‐made orders, ensuring technical feasibility, compliance with deadlines and optimization of production costs.
Key Responsibilities
Development and Production of Made to Order/VIC/VIP/GIFT Orders
Follow the entire development cycle of MTO custom products and VIP, VIC, and GIFT special orders from initial brief to delivery.

Constantly align with Design and Marketing in Paris for the fine‐tuning of the pieces and manage any changes during the work.
Interface daily with Suppliers and the Purchasing, Industrialization and Quality departments to transform customer requests into pieces that follow the company's quality standards within the agreed times and costs.
Data Management & PLM System
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of technical data, bills of materials (BOM) and product sheets within PLM software.
Keep systems up to date regarding specific product variants, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Cost Management and Control
Monitor, estimate, and negotiate production costs.
Business Unit cross‐functional Support
For the Standard Collections, when necessary, collaborate proactively with the rest of the team in terms of launch management, material research, technical solutions and support to the data system and costing.
