Alpinestars seeks a Comfort Padding Engineer for its Helmets Department. You will design and develop interior padding systems, define 2D patterns, select materials, and collaborate with EPS and CAD teams to ensure superior fit and performance.
You will analyze head morphologies, conduct testing, and apply innovative construction techniques while maintaining BOMs and technical records. This role requires travel as needed and strong English skills.
