Approach People Recruitment partners with an international, family-owned industrial group seeking a Field Technical Sales Representative with a strong focus on business development. The role is highly field-based, with roughly four days per week on client sites across Northern Italy.
You will drive new business, acquire industrial clients (SMEs and large enterprises), manage and grow an existing portfolio, and coordinate with internal technical teams.
