Footprintlegal in Milan seeks a Contracts Specialist Legal Counsel to draft and negotiate IT-related commercial contracts. The role reports to the head of the legal function and focuses on outsourcing, software licenses, IT licenses and privacy agreements.
PQE ranges are 1–3 or 3–5 years, with a strong preference for in-house experience. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Italian and English, detail-oriented and able to work independently within a fast-paced team.
